Yes that is a Light Painting. That is not photoshop or anything. I used a kid's water gun put a flashlight in and taped the middle. The color match of the tube and the street marking gave me the Idea. My sister had to lay down on the street and i went over her in a 30 sec. exposure. Next time you come into Zion National Park - if you come directly at Checkerboard Mesa - there is a parking > thats where i took the photo. I marked it on https://www.steemitworldmap.com like i always try to do.
