Hoy dependemos de un sistema eléctrico centralizado incapaz de crecer sostenidamente al ritmo de las necesidades tecnológicas, cuando falla, todo el sistema falla, deteniéndose de esa manera la producción económica, pero queda un aprendizaje: tener tecnologías alternas y así nunca depender exclusivamente del sistema eléctrico.
