I tried yoga for a couple of weeks and got all sore. weight lifting is a better fit for me.
BUT , I could reconsider and follow your school of thought. with the appropriate teachers of course.

Haha sir.. i am not even a student yet.. i learned it from youtube. Pretty sure there are certain things that i am doing wrong.. but it gives your body a good stretch. Specially in damned winters it is useful..

Sometimes doing it even not completely right, is better than not doing it at all.
