I've been watching these things try to get started here for a while. People come and go posting naked pics, but that doesn't keep them around. Seeing stolen porn isn't quite the fantasy. I watched vice come and go. People without tech skills thinking they can just up and start their own blockchain, and then think they got what it takes to keep it going. Pimpin' ain't easy people. This crowd should know that.

What's the fantasy?

I think the fantasy is that somewhere out there is a beautiful girl that rolls around naked, moans, and does naughty things just for me. With Steem you can kinda break this fourth wall and interact with the girl. She can fill in some my insecurities or fill some fantasy role for me. Match the video and comments with random personal stories and I can see how a lonely guy could easily get hooked on his favorite dporn lady.

Hopefully this leads to incredibly devoted fans and the psuedoanonymity keeps the stalking to a minimum. But since these are real people here I can see how their fan base can grow. What's the girl's fantasy?

You know I can't speak to this entirely and maybe someone will correct me here, but I think the idea is generally "if I get naked for men they will pay me money." Well, that's not the quite the fantasy. It's probably closer to "If I do this thing that I think is fun anyway I can get paid and have a fair amount of economic freedom to make other choices for myself."

I think part of what's different here is that the girls can actually have stake in the whole enterprise. Normally I think they get paid and that's it. Maybe some are able to collect royalties. So, to me the model that includes the stake let's them be owners rather than naked wage slaves.

Look, I'm not an idiot, some bad shit is likely to get posted there. So, the question isn't will I take it down if one bad thing occurs. The question is how do they respond when bad shit gets on their site? If they manage it well they'll continue to have my support.
