my own advice for mr. president na say make him commot that single treasury account system. that thing follow for wey thing follow keep our economy like this. before now every ministry get account with their different banks and na this money wey bank dey borrow private investors and me and you know say the private sector na the major driver of any economy. but now banks no fit hold this money because of the single treasury account system.
