Sometimes we forget about the twenty-somethings when talking about health and fitness. Most of the time, you’re at your lowest weight in your teenage years and then once you get into your 30’s, it’s all about how to look and feel like you’re in your 20’s…but what about when you’re actually IN that age range? First up: Shailene Woodley: having starred in the Divergent action series, she has to be in good shape. The 23 year old surprisingly bottles up spring water to drink and even eats clay. She only uses natural soap with no artificial ingredients; she says it’s better for your skin. She also makes her own toothpaste and lipstick. So tip #1, keep it as natural as possible.

29 year old Kaley Cuoco admitted that the meditation side of yoga bores her and she thinks no one really enjoys going to the gym. But she does enjoy spinning and Birkin yoga. She recommends joining a good fitness class, especially if you’re single because there are a lot of cute guys in the classes. Lol. She said she met two boyfriends in the gym. Ha!
