Nearly $ 137.21 million in cryptocurrencies from the users of the Canadian trading platform Quadriga were completely frozen. The reason? its founder and only person with the password to access, died suddenly last December and now about 115,000 users can not enter.
According to the Facebook page of Quadriga CX, its founder Gerald Cotten died at age 30 of complications of Crohn's disease while working as a volunteer in an orphanage in India.
