In norwegian it's called "tunge" (tungue, like the body part). The one you referring to is probably the down right with the head missing. Digital Viking is not only a viking digitally, but also when it comes to fishing. Ripping the head totally off might seem like overdoing it to some, but to a true viking this shows dedication and spirit :)
I have been fishing a lot in Turkey. Ispara, karagöz, uscumbru... Last year, I got 4 istauritt (probably not spelled right) in the Oslofjord at 6-800 grams each. This is a known fish in the bosporous, but there they come at 60-80 grams each :) Here they are rare, and goes by "taggmakrell".
Deniz'de sayicincan, chapparaya gidioros - probably the one "close to full" sentence I know in turkish - When the sea calms down, lets go and "hekle".

There's actually 4 types of different flat fish there..One is Plaice (the one with the red dots), the light colored one is called "sand flounder" and the other ones Im not quite sure :) But they all taste good, especially the big one buttom right corner.
