Yes, the right decision is downvoting.
I am very surprised when I see people acting in a negative way and enjoying things that only hurt themselves and they think they are hurting others. I really do not know where they get all that evil.
Do they really find comfort in doing so?
The human soul really is a complicated thing that is difficult to understand in which the good and the evil. This is the reason for the legislation of religious and mundane laws is to put everyone in their rightful place and to punish the wicked and reward the good guys.
Like every successful establishment, its Managers must establish a system that is the basis for its smooth and easy operation. This system must be followed and respected by everyone for the benefit of the individual and the community, especially in the interest of the place that brings us together.
