My favorite Supplements for Cognitive Function, Mitochondria Protection is PQQ. I have one with CoQ10 and Bioperine in it. Bioperine Makes the Body take up the PQQ much more effectively. Then my favorite herbs: Ashwaghanda, Bacopa Monnieri, And Curcumin, Turmeric extract from the root.
For me it takes away Brain Fog. I feel better in my head, body and all over.
