Everything in moderation and lots of variety in what you eat should keep you pretty healthy. Whilst it's obviously a good idea to keep a lid on how much sodium you eat, I must say I feel through never adding salt when cooking / at the table, I'm able to keep it in check. Processed foods - which I try to limit - will contain salt. But I can accept that to a degree. And I do like my instant noodles on occasion (with veg / prawns etc. added).
