One of the most difficult things for me is to say NO to others. To some extent nurturing reshaped me in this way, and other thing did the religion. Even at this age i find it so difficult reason you already mentioned above...

We enjoy being liked by everyone and we think that if we’re not always there for everyone, people won’t appreciate us anymore, but that’s not true.

But i am fully agreed upon the point that NO makes things more easy and simple for us, thanks a lot @jwolf <3
