Concerning your question, I think there is need to encourage quality content not minding who made it. Some people have tried but because they were not noticed, they went underground. Perseverance is what has been keeping some of us. I feel so bad when I make, a post and only 10 people see it after 6 days. For example, this your post has been seen by 41 persons as indicated. Encouragement for good content is the key.I am beginning to feel at home on steemit with this idea of #nigeria.
