I was diagnosed to have peptic ulcer some months ago and I've been doing research on what it is, it's causes and it's cure... My research haven't been fruitful until today after I felt the pain again. I woke up with a very strong chest pain and I felt like my stomach was on fire.... I tried not to cry hehe, I reached out for my milk to take some and the pain subsided.

Three days ago, I shared some photographs from our windows view facing the city. So today's blog, I'm sharing with you guys some of my favorite photos from our balcony view.Sunset is my favorite time of the day. Wherever I am. I have always been chasing it since then. I will never get tired chasing every sunset in the world and the most beautiful thing in life (Charaught ,🥴 Some of the photos here were published on my Instagram account) I'm glad that I don't have to go anywhere just to witness it everyday.

How are you guys, I think you will be home and very safe during this quarantine period. This is a difficult time to live. I say that because every country is going to the abyss, both healthily and financially. However, we must be able to restore life to our important decision. Yesterday was a Sunday and we were not allowed to leave the house. We are still unable to leave the country as a curfew has been imposed in our country. But in the morning my wife got a phone call from her mother. It said she was a little sick. So we decided to visit my mother-in-law, who was about 45 km away, in the middle of the curfew. We also kept documents to submit for police barricades. But nowhere did they test us. About an hour later we reached the beautiful village and my mother-in-law had recovered a little. One of my favorite scenes was her gardening.

Even though I gave my neighbors chayote, I still have a lot of chayote that I picked up yesterday. I read in a book that this chayote is botanically similar to cucumber and pumpkin. A friend of mine once told me that this fruit is called chayote or chocho. Most people eat this fruit fried with eggs. Or they may fry their favorite meat. I like fried eggs with this fruit. Today I am going to tell you how to make a salad that can be eaten by vegetarians with this fruit. Let me first talk about the ingredients.

There are so many real life objects on the street, I as a photographer, every day carry a camera and walk around the corners of the city, and take pictures of what is in front of my eyes. I am very sad when I see the reality of life out there. However, I am always grateful that I can still find fortune. When I see people struggling to earn a fortune on the street. As I found this. There are those who are sad and laugh and work hard for the goal of a perfect life. This is the reality of life. So, we don't have to complain about our current situation. We must be grateful for what God has given us. And keep fighting for a better life in the future.

On my Sunday it was nice but cold weather, and unfortunately I had some offline stuff to take care of which meant I did not have much time for a walk, but I did get some nice pictures that I hope you will like.In any case I did get my Hive Gooals done and shared it in Alive Chat, plus I also got all daily online tasks done too, even if I started a bit late.

After I picked the mint already I went to open the door of the refrigerator to get dates (I buy a bag a long time ago), but there are only 8 left now. I closed the door and looked at my family, then I said, "Who ate my dates?" My two daughters looked at Justin and said together "Dad! Dad! Dad!" and he lost hid face from me. He is like a mouse at night, eating everything in the house.

Hello, everyone on Natural Medicine and all Hive! Today I felt in a good mood and energy to sow some veggies for the next seasons to come. Winter is finally ending in the southern hemisphere, and tomorrow finally we celebrate the coming of the blooming season, the cute spring which is my favorite season here. If you have the opportunity to come to Argentina and Buenos Aires specifically, from October to December is such a good time to do it, because it is sunny all day long, but yet the temperatures are kind and not so hot and humid as in full summer (January, February).

I was talking with my boyfriend about how we could include the arepa (which is our daily food) without affecting our health, and looking for options on the internet appeared several that I will be sharing, today the protagonism takes the Arepa of bran, cilantro and oats, with these ingredients increases the amount of fiber and substantially improves digestion, does not fall heavy at all and is delicious. Not to mention that thanks to the oatmeal also lowers the glycemic index of this meal, so it is also good for diabetics!
