Hi, foodies in the Hive! Are you one of those amateur cooks who believe that soup cures everything, from hunger, to sickness, to the ailments of the soul? I am a true believer❤️ Most of the time it'd be vegetable soup or chicken soup, but today I made fish soup.

Greetings dear friends of Amazing Drinks. Today I share with you a drink that has turmeric as its star ingredient, accompanied by carrot and orange juice. The drink is delicious, but best of all, it is very nutritious. What is this drink for? Its benefit is that it helps to strengthen the heart and prevents cardiovascular diseases. Natural drinks to improve health were the specialty of my father, who suffered from heart disease, always stressed to me the wonderful use of turmeric, which in addition to using it in food, has a powerful use also in beverages. In any way we consume it, we will be taking advantage of its properties, however, in juices I think it will be much better. This juice is very simple to prepare, it does not require many steps. Turmeric has curcumin, which helps keep the immune system strong, besides being a powerful antioxidant. The carrot provides fiber and the orange is a source of vitamin C, which, together with the folates it contains, contributes to the correct formation of blood cells.

Hello Vegan friends.. How are you today?? Some time ago I entered my content wrongly, which I should have entered in the Amazing drink community but I entered the vegan community. And I apologize for that. For today's Snack menu, I made Vegetable Pancake, usually we call this snack Bakwan or bala bala. We often make this snack to be enjoyed together or can also be as an accompaniment to the main meal.

The idea is to let everything that bothers flow through the strokes, without thinking too much, just focusing on that particular activity, on breathing, and setting aside any disturbing idea that interferes with the process.

Well recently I started preparing a lot of food to have food ready for the next day (for work). I like that because you don't have to arrive tired to get cooking, then clean up and that sort of thing. So the food issue was solved for the time being. However, these days I had a mishap and lately the electricity has been out much more frequently, so I had to go for a day and a half without a fridge and, unfortunately, the food I had prepared was in a bad state. They were beans and I make them in abundance to last the whole week, so I lost all that. It was a bit sad, but these things happen. Some things can't be avoided.

Some of our Ginger, Galangal and Turmeric plants were growing so well in one of our steel wicking beds that they were bowing out the sides! These cuttings (more like ‘hackings’) relieves the pressure a little! I shifted another of our Turmeric patches too, to a place where they will get a little more light – they’ve done well over the last couple of years but could do better. They should love the increase in sunlight along with the increased humidity (they’re tropical afterall). In our crowded garden, we had to make some space to put the Turmeric so I shortened a path that we rarely use, added some good soil and planted it there.

Wishing a very good day to all my dear friends! How are you all doing? This morning, I prepared a nutritious grain dish – red cowpea. It's a healthy meal that can be enjoyed both in the morning and evening. This recipe is especially suited for vegetarians as it’s rich in essential nutrients. Red cowpea is packed with protein, fiber, vitamins, and minerals, making it an incredibly nutritious option. It aids in quick digestion and also contains folic acid, which is beneficial for growing children as well. I prepared this dish as a fry, adding several spices to enhance the flavor. Let’s explore how to make this nutritious and delicious red cowpea recipe!
