OCD's support is expanding!

Hello everyone! This is the 1739th compilation post of OCD's latest curation efforts. It has been known that OCD has been supporting leading niche communities under its Community Incubation Program. However, there are still a lot of other niche communities not supported by OCD. This curation initiative will help in supporting those communities.

This newest curation effort aims to encourage authors to post in appropriate communities even if those communities are not under the incubation program. This will also encourage users to explore more into the different communities in Hive.

OCD curators and community leaders will find posts from other niche communities and recommend them for an upvote. Unlike those communities in the incubation program where curation is focused, this curation initiative is spread out. This will help find undervalued posts from smaller communities that deserve support.

This will highlight both the author and the community where the post is located. This way, smaller niche communities can focus on growing their subscribers and increasing the engagements within their respective communities. A small boost goes a long way.

Hello, a few days ago I shared with you a recipe for beetroot jam as we call it in my country, it is delicious and healthy as this root helps you to raise your haemoglobin levels, it is a source of Betaine, which is a nutrient that helps to protect your cells, it also contains potassium, magnesium and vitamin C, so this time I decided to make one of the cakes that I learned to make in my baking and pastry course but with a slight variation in one of the ingredients, instead of using strawberries I decided to use beetroot to complement it with my jam to see how it turns out.

Today I have the pleasure to bring you another tutorial in which I will be showing you how to make a bouquet of flowers in a vase using fomi as the main material. In the tutorial I will be showing some already known techniques of thermoforming of fomi, which with some small changes can give beautiful results.

The idea to make this ornament came from my wife, who was curious to see how the color combination of pink frosted fomi and purple frosted fomi would look like. And although I have never seen purple roses myself, the truth is that I loved the combination. When we think of "Starting over" words like leaving behind, closing cycles, forgetting come to mind; precisely to build everything from scratch, clean ourselves and create a new life, a new stage. But what if I told you that there is another side to "Start over" ?

I’ve been robbed, cheated and stabbed in the back, and that's just by my family. In my second life that would all change. No more Mr. Nice Guy. I would hone my manipulation skills and learn to read people. I have never been a good judge of people and their motives and have been led down many a long, winding garden path.

I’m a yes man, I always have been. I like to help if I can and if I can’t, I try at least not to hinder. That would all change too. I would learn the word no! In fact, I might eliminate the word yes from my vocabulary entirely.

I was going through some of my photo archives, and I realised that in my younger days, I probably was a bit more adventurous and did more hiking during my travels. This was back in 2018, where I had a chance to visit the Yosemite National Park in California, US. The cover photo is one of the more iconic sights where visitors would take turns to take photos. Can you spot the water fall in the background? Haha.

Thanks to the help of my boss, I brought it from outside, it is an Iphone 12 mini in purple with 128GB of internal memory, unlocked and reconditioned. Although there were some minor issues with the battery, I replaced it with an excellent technician in town and now I can enjoy it.

For moderate use, the battery performs as needed, although it is true that you have to charge it twice a day, the photos are very good and it is quite comfortable, although it is strange at first coming from a 6.1 inch phone this one has 5.4 inches.

My hubby used to play in the Philippines. Now, here in Arizona, we found a badminton center that is perfect for badminton enthusiasts like him. So, every weekends, we travel 45 mins from our place in Glendale to Mesa, Arizona. At first, I was just sitting on the bench watching him until we got chances to practice when there were on,y very few players. I literally started unable to hit the shuttlecock.🤭 It is quite embarrassing😅 but I felt relieve how other fellow Filipinos encouraged me to keep going. Now, I can definitely say I am able to do a rally when playing with those who have the same level as mine. I love the feeling of getting really sweaty after a game. It definitely is a good sport to exercise and distress.
