OCD's support is expanding!

Hello everyone! This is the 1733rd compilation post of OCD's latest curation efforts. It has been known that OCD has been supporting leading niche communities under its Community Incubation Program. However, there are still a lot of other niche communities not supported by OCD. This curation initiative will help in supporting those communities.

This newest curation effort aims to encourage authors to post in appropriate communities even if those communities are not under the incubation program. This will also encourage users to explore more into the different communities in Hive.

OCD curators and community leaders will find posts from other niche communities and recommend them for an upvote. Unlike those communities in the incubation program where curation is focused, this curation initiative is spread out. This will help find undervalued posts from smaller communities that deserve support.

This will highlight both the author and the community where the post is located. This way, smaller niche communities can focus on growing their subscribers and increasing the engagements within their respective communities. A small boost goes a long way.

Speaking of boost, here are the curated posts for this batch:

On Friday the tickets for Oasis went up for pre-sale, and a bunch of us had signed up to get a chance to buy tickets early. Luckily, my mum managed to get it, while the rest of us didn't.

Each person had a chance to buy four tickets, we all sent her money and were prepared to get our four tickets. She was going to buy hers, mine, Aimee's and my dad's together.

After waiting in the queue for the better part of an hour it was her chance to buy them, and when she clicked on four tickets, nothing happened, and it said it couldn't process the order. So, after a few attempts, she tried 3 tickets, and that worked.

During my weekend at the Centre Touristique du Lac Simon in Quebec, I took advantage of the few hiking trails in the park. It's great to recharge your batteries in nature while discovering the fascinating world of mushrooms. There are so many different shapes and colors that it's always a pleasure to take part in the #FungiFriday organized by @ewkaw.

I am enjoying the week too but it has been a bit time consuming as time is nobody’s friend. But we must continue to work with time to catch up on things like I decided today to bring you something delightful. A delicious lunch of ripped plantains and sweet potatoes with spices that made it so delightful.

When asked what a meaningful life might mean, people often point to career, love, health, financial stability. God. Much as it goes against my personal beliefs, I'm inclined to say the latter is closest to the mark. Money, love, health even, these are preferences. A sick person has their life made harder by their illness, though no less meaningful. Love, also, moves towards my understanding of meaning, though given the many embodiments of love, this one's trickier to pinpoint.

One of the things your sims can do is visit the city's Geek Fair, where they can play video games, build rockets, buy souvenirs, eat fast food and even take pictures with cosplayers. Here my sim is playing a hologram video game.

I know that most of you would be so mad with me when I am around you, especially around your food. I understand your hate towards me because of my profile when I do bad things, and sometimes I also have a very bad influence on you. Bring some intestine problems for example, so what I do is sometimes open the tap on your bottom, so everything that flushes out of them is just water.

The base ingredient is easy to get everywhere in the world, we just need a little time and a lot of desire to eat healthy and delicious.

Days are shorter every time I check! Cooking is good way for me to disconnect and relax. Does it work for you, too? My late mother hated cooking--and house chores in general)--, but when she liked a dish and she wasn't in a rush, I could see she put some love into it. I think that if we are careful, we could make cooking a good therapy to de-stress mind and body. Plus it's free and if you do it right, it's also delicious.

I would like to participate by reflecting on the first question. I think that everyone gives a meaning to their life, not all of us have the same goals that we want to achieve to achieve happiness. To give meaning to life we first have to be able to set goals, when we are children we do not know anything and there influences the family, which channeled us in the studies and education, then we mature and already have an idea of what we want.

Today is one of those afternoons where after having a delicious soup for lunch, your palate tells you that you need to eat a sweet, homemade dessert, that is, eat something made with love at home.

Ingredients on this occasion I had few options so I said a carrot cake 🥕. I have carrots, sugar, I had little flour and eggs. But I decided to invent, of course cooking is about creativity.
I saw an orange at the back of the counter, it had cocoa powder too. Here is a carrot cake combined with chocolate and orange.
