I switched to Miningpoolhub and created an auto algo switching .bat script (for 9 algos). They offer also an automatic coin exchange service and free choice of the auto withdraw treshold. The 0.9% fee for the pool is very low too. So I‘m very happy with my solution atm.

I tried out nanopool with good success as well.
http://www.zpool.ca is another great pool where you have coin switching for each algo and it is anonymous. the fee is higher and payout only in BTC
