I'd say the biggest mistake the Raiders ever made was allowing anyone with the last name "Davis" to make decisions on anything. Anyone (besides my dear grandmother) who decides to wear a chain on his glasses
Or decides to have the second worst haircut in the U.S.
Should not be allowed to make any major decisions.
That may be the crux of the problem, why the "greatness of the Raiders" has been absent for the last few decades.
