NextColony.io - New Player Tutorial #03 - Best Mines to Build

Hello NextColony.io Gamers!

As a new player myself, I'll start writing some tips and tricks for the new players out there.

Today I'll talk about building Mines. As you know, we need to first learn Skills and, after that, we can build our Mines. Mines are responsible for our resource production, so the higher level your mines are, the more resources you'll earn per day.

For example, here's my daily production with mines on 14/14/13/14 (coal/ore/copper/uranium):

But...what's the best building order, to maximize your returns?

If you're still researching your Explorer skills to build the Explorer Ship, the consensus on NextColony Discord is that:

• Uranium Mine should be a bit higher than your other mines, 1 or 2 levels higher.
• Copper Mine should be a bit lower than your other mines, 1 or 2 levels lower.
• Coal and Ore Mines should have equal levels.

So, for example: 12 or 13 Uranium Mine; 11 Coal Mine and 11 Ore Mine, and 9 or 10 Copper Mine.

The community agreed on that strategy because people usually had way more copper than needed; and the players always ended up waiting for uranium to research the Explorer skill.

As you can see, I'm not optimized myself. I'll be trying to research 1 or 2 more levels on Uranium, and then Coal/Ore.
