$ sudo -u www-data php occ db:add-missing-indices
$ sudo -u www-data php occ maintenance:repair --include-expensive

and of course, truncate the log for good measure ^>^.

$ sudo truncate -s 0 ./nextcloud.log

memories still stucks as a #nextcloud app and the latest nextcloud updates have been great.
