The SQL query should can be done via a command as well, no need to dig through the GUI.
A single wrong character in your MySQL-command, could end up destroying your nextcloud installation. So why take the risk. We want users of all levels, to be able to do whats nessesary.
Not only the ones who are fit enough to handle MySQL. Most likely... the Pro-User doesn't need our videos anyway.

That would depend on what you plan to store on your Cloud. Since you can get (if you want) a 10 TByte harddrive... It should offer a lot of possibilities.
