Jeepers, that will be a bit of a shock, from Perth to Oamaru! Bring plenty of winter woollies, it's cold down there, even without a storm.

Essential oils are one of the things I like, as a natural therapist. And I just realised I forgot to add them to my immunity post yesterday.

Oh goodie, i love my essential oils, i actually have do mixing classes and ill be posting weekly "gypsy juice" posts on different mixes for different things. Alot of my friends have troubles with depression or anxiety or sleep insomnia!
