I broke into the New Year surrounded by light, music & silence. Meditating from 22:00 - 00:00 is not an easy thing. I find it hard to meditate for even 10 minutes. This year however is a year of focus. I sat around the lights chanting great things for the world and for me in the world. I asked for Peace, Love, more peace and more love. This year's theme of Focus and Gratitude floated off the lock of love and peace that I had created. I had soo much to be grateful for there and then, so much to think about but I focused my attention on the present & the enjoyment of what was happening in the now.
Oh what a great life to be enjoyed here & be part of a world with so much to learn & people with soo much difference & so much to offer, it’s fantastic. I am grateful for what has been and what is too come. A music journey just at its wee start but so fulfilling.
2018 no doubt will bring with it soo many fancy things, I’m quite excited for all the Travel, Music, Love, Great People and a bigger impact in the World.
