There is something wrong in the calculation. 200KWH may be the cost of one mining a block. One block can have hundreds of transactions and hence the cost is divided among all these transactions.
Hence the calculation of 200KWH for ONE transaction appears to be incorrect.
If that being the case, how will miners allow a transaction at such a low cost.
There is something fishy here.
