We decided at The Document Foundation not to try to offer a public deployment of LibreOffice Online, as it would be a massive undertaking and we've no way of funding it reliably. So I am delighted to see Kolab Systems AG are now offering LibreOffice Online (maintained by Collabora Productivity) as part of their Kolab Now offering.
If you love the convenience of G Suite but wish it was build as open source software and hosted without the privacy concerns of Google's business model or the data safeguarding concerns of US ownership, this is a solution you should definitely consider. If you're already plumetting headlong into the proprietary grip of Microsoft's offering, this is the alternative you have been waiting for as well.
Congratulations to Georg Greve and Michael Meeks for this important landmark of a cloud-based office suite that respects user freedoms and privacy.
