I thought it was really well-formulated. It was a rather scathing attack on Obama and it tied in Hillary's stint as Secretary of State and he really hit her hard on time in that position.

It also was extremely presidential. Planning it for the day after the ACELA primaries where he won a majority of support in each state, is this the beginning of his turn to the general election and the "other Donald"? @lukewearechange
