Brollies at the ready, as weather warning affects 9 counties

Met Éireann is cautioning of solid breezes and substantial rain today.

The forecaster has issued a yellow alarm for Cork, Kerry, Limerick, Waterford, Wexford, Wicklow, Galway and Clare.

An extra breeze cautioning is set up for Dublin.

The terrible climate is expected to arrive this evening and is set to last into today around evening time. It will track eastwards the nation over from Galway to Dublin, with exceptionally solid breezes influencing the beach front regions of the southwest, south and potentially parts of the east drift later.

Winds will increment to normal speedsof 50 to 65km/h, with whirlwinds to 110km/h this evening in beach front districts of the southwest and south, with the extreme breezes ending up northwesterly and conceivably exchanging to parts of the east drift later tonight or early today around evening time.

Winds will be at their most grounded in uncovered beach front territories.

The climate cautioning is set up from pm to midnight today.

In the not so distant future, the climate will stay disrupted, however there will be dry periods as the rain is for the most part due to be as showers. It will be very cool around evening time, with temperatures of down to 6C.
