As a former certified pesticide applicator, I can tell you that "inert" in pesticide labeling only means that those ingredients don't perform pesticide/herbicide functions. Has nothing to do with their chemical properties. Best way to find out what's in them and what the dangers are, read the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS). If you don't have them you can request them from the company or find them online.
