Asir Ozturk, 36, has made a living by collecting and selling waste materials in Burdur for the last 20 years.
It was a normal day for him when he got an old stove, oven and gas refill tube by a man named Ayhan Yaman.
Upon inspection, inside the stove, he found 100 pieces of gold coins worth up to 30,000 Turkish lira (USD7320.12).
The savings seem to be forgotten by the owner.
Without a doubt, Ozturk to the Yemeni home to return the newfound treasure.
I returned the gold coins without hesitation. I immediately went to the owner of the stove. And the owner of the stove said 'I do not know what's in it', says Ozturk.
When he sees the coins Yemen realizes that his father has been saving on a stove that is no longer in use.
We never make a living with ill-gotten money, Ozturk said, but I was really surprised when I first saw the coins.
