This College is using food waste and in India they utilize manure and fecal matter to make their own methane or natural gas. We waste 40% of our food in America and around the world. If the world would just transition away from just throwing things away and collecting and digesting it, we could help create more free energy for all. Also we would reduce our methane emissions from dumps. Just a little food for thought, have a great day.
