Banda Aceh | Although the Government of Aceh has issued the Regulation of the Governor of Aceh Number 5 Year 2018 on the Implementation of Jinayah Events Law, whereby the execution of the whip was transferred to the Penitentiary, the regulation was not directly implemented by the Banda Aceh City Government.
