So he passed the MOCA. This is a screen for impairment of short-term memory and cognition, not an in-depth assessment. It is slightly surprising to me that he passed, but it is no revelation. This only shows that his short-term memory is relatively intact and he has no indications of gross neurological impairment. To really assess his capacity, he would need a neuropsychological exam, something that just will not happen.
Yes, the man certainly shows narcissistic features. And the MOCA sure doesn't screen for "stupid."
