Not really. It depends on where their money is allocated. If It is on a bank account earning interest, yeah, It is bullshit.
But If It is allocated on companies, they are indeed creating Jobs directly and indirectly.

Because It is cheap workforce. But they are still creating Jobs. If they are good Jobs thats another ethical question.
