Idaho Police Department Thanks 'Heroic' Nurse For Standing Up To Utah Cop

An Idaho police office is hailing medical caretaker Alex Wubbels as a legend for facing Salt Lake City Detective Jeff Payne, who endeavored to take blood from a patient without a warrant or the patient's assent.
