This is the catch 22. When laws are written against minorities and championed by the naive everyone suffers.

Look at the war on drugs and gun control. The Gun Control Act of 1932 was passed to make firearms so expensive that minorities could not defend themselves. This was back when the Democratic Party was the party of the KKK. The gun control act of 1968 was passed to disarm the black panthers and the civil rights movement from armed rebellion. You must know that back at this time those in control were afraid of the black man due to such uprisings as the Newark Riots.

Hey if you can disarm the black population by banning those whomever was known to smoke pot. then it must be good for the nation right. Just think of the children.
