You can make Ghiya (gourd) ki Barfi in fast or in any festival. It is very easy to make and is also beneficial for health.

Necessary ingredients
• 1 feet dense
• 1/2 cup ghee
• 250 grams sugar
• 250 grams Mawa
• 10-15 cashews, sliced
• 1 Parchment Cardamom Padur
• 1 chamaram pistachio
Method
• Peel the gourd peel and remove its seeds and the middle pulp.
• After this, grate gourd and add grated gourd, 2 teaspoons ghee in a pan, cover it and keep it on low flame to cook.
• After a while, stir it and cover it again.
• When the gourd becomes soft, then add sugar and cook it and keep stirring it for a while so that the gourd does not get stuck in the bottom.
• Add the remaining ghee to the cooked gourd and fry the gourd well and add mawa and dry fruits.
• When the gourd mixture is ready to make barfi, then turn off the flame and add cardamom powder and mix it well.
• Now apply lubrication on a plate, put the mixture in a plate and keep it to freeze.
• Pour finely chopped pistachios and cashews over the barfi.
• Gourd barfi freezes in about 1 hour. Cut it into pieces of your choice and serve it.
