Ukrainian deputy from the "Peter Poroshenko Bloc" Dmitry Golubov in December 2017 bought Bitcoin Gold's crypto currency for 24.5 million hryvnia (about 939 thousand dollars). This is reported by the portal "Slidstvo.Info" referring to documents on the website of the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption.
According to the portal, Golubov in 2012 bought "ordinary" bitcoins - the then acquired digital currency has by now grown by more than 1.7 billion hryvnia (almost $ 65 million). In August 2017, the deputy purchased Bitcoin Cash in the amount of 32.8 million hryvnia (1.3 million dollars), and in December - Bitcoin Gold. These crypto-currencies were formed as a result of the hard-core (protocol changes) in the bitcoin network.
