Blockchain and Bitcoin can help Venezuela Minimize the closure of accounts in Dollars State?

in #news8 years ago

Technology blockchain and bitcoin since its inception in 2009, has managed to pique the interest of connoisseurs and laymen, it is a challenge to the human mind, understand their philosophy, then with the curiosity, it achieved the first steps in perceiving a reality that is no stranger to a globalized world. If we focus on the news, gradually we realize that some governments are open to the possibility of its application, this is the case we will discuss briefly.

In this regard, a few days ago in a ceremony presided by the President of Venezuela, Nicolas Maduro, reported that the Government had received a statement on July 12, the US bank Citibank, succinctly said, "After an evaluation periodic risk management in Venezuela, Citi decided to cease as a correspondent bank and discontinue service of certain accounts in the country, "immediately the information was disseminated at national and international level.

Taking into account this information, the President of Venezuela, said that "can not block Venezuela, when you need to buy foreign currency (dollars) you need for the consumption of the people", so far, it seems that it is possible a reaction of the government.

After those events, yesterday (07.18.2016) at 9 PM, primetime, by Venezolana de Television (Channel I venezolado official government), introduced a program recorded in English, subtitled in Spanish, the history of money, through the creation of banks, until the emergence of Blockchain and Bitcoin, this program can be seen clearly that the technology proposed by its creator or creators Satoshi Nakamoto, has no centralized regulation, so it does so invulnerable, that is that is not manipulable. Because it not controlled by any central bank.

From that perspective, a question arise ?, Will the Venezuelan state financial siege evade possible through Bitcoin and Blockchain? Is it possible that each ministry can manage accounts, to buy / pay its international suppliers? Will it be out all these possibilities for governors, mayors, autonomous institutions, decentralized entities, running budget ?, after adding all the questions that have to do with this matter, come all possibilities offered by the creativity and innovation . Do not be and technology experts advising the government on what to do in this case ?.

Which would be a somewhat contradictory event after the perspective I had until a few months ago the Bolivarian government about using the cryptocurrency, where after an article on the website channel state is denoted that the bitcoin was only used by criminals
