I don't know who drafted that AriseBank response letter, but it was obviously written by someone unqualified to do so.

All they did was demonstrate what easy prey they actually were, by returning that non articulate legal argument, as a response, to the legal notice sent to them.

Any type of responded communication should have come from a retained and licensed attorney who has experience in addressing these types of matters.

All the current response did, was generate additional evidence for their opponent in this case.

Oh well.
