If a person has blocked you from their contacts on WhatsApp and you can no longer send them messages, there is a trick to violate their rejection: just create a group where both are included, and no previous restriction will prevent the interaction of its participants. Or at least a first message.
To achieve this, however, it is necessary to collaborate with a third person, who must create a group chat and add both the interested party and the user who interposed the blocking. Once the two parties are in the group, the third party can leave it and let the conversation, if there is one, continue alone between two users.
The trick can be applied on any device. In this way it is also possible to access the profile picture of the person who cut the communication and resume contact to try to resolve any conflict that led to that decision.
But there are always details, of course: the strategy can fail if the person who initiated the blockade rejects the invitation to join the group or leaves it as soon as they see what the trick is about.
