Pension is just another way for the government to play with our money
Hey everyone! Today we will talk about our pensions
Obviuosly, most of us don't really know what's happening with our pensions funds because it's so compilated. Most of us don't even try to understand, even though it can cost us between hundreds to thousands of dollars!
Wht is a pension and why we need it?
It all began when governments tried to make senior's lives better by paying a monthly salary after 40-50 years of work and tax payment. So far so good, the problems began when the life expectancy began to rise and the government had no money to pay what was promised. The idea was born out of goodwill, but many things weren't taken into account such unexpected events like a war, constructions improvements and huge projects and the government had to use this 'public' money. Now the government must decide whether to retract its promise or raise more money from the public.Immigration under the auspices of the government
The government decided not to break its promise to its citizens, and a solution was found to the problem, which of course is only a temporary solution... to bring more every-day working people. So how do you actually produce more people working? Simply bring them from countries where they have not been promised a pension! As is known, Africa served as the source of the world slave market, mainly because of its geographical location - close to Europe. After the end of the slave shipments, the European governments understood that more labor force was needed, but this time under a different title: every-day workers that can improve their lifestyle by working in Europe as free people. The governments hoped that with the taxes of that new labor force, they would be able to pay the pensions and to bring to a new situation was the current workforce remain without any kind of future pension payments since they're not citizens of the state. When this strategy didn't work (again) because of the regulators didn't allow it and the law came to their (every-day working people) favor- the government tried another trick--> raise the retirement age.Trading with the pension funds
After the government realized that the movement of bringing in an external labor force wasn't working, the banks and the investment companies were contacted. In fact, the government gave permission to the banks to trade the future pensions of its citizens in order to increase them and even to generate profits. So what actually happened here? The government gave the banks money without the citizens' permission and hope for better results, what do you think about it? Well, the government tells half-truths to its citizens with the clear idea that they do not understand these kinds of things and actually taking advantage of it! Over the years, people become to understand a bit more about what's going on with their pension and that might be a better idea to save some money without the government, but wait, the government needs to money now, so what did they do? Have created a law that requires to set aside money for the pension! It's hard for me to describe how ridiculous it is but this is the truth in so many countries. The big question is what happens when the banks and the investment companies lose the pension money under government sponsorship? well, this is not their problem, this is OUR problem!
Think and read about it, not always what the government tells us is really good for us.
yes well analyzed article... In fact in every country the same thing happens...
And for obvious reason the government invest these money for the development , but the worry is mismanagement.
this way the good will of government may soon create a huge problem for for all...
The main problem is the concept, the government don't care about our money and they should take care of it...it's a problem
