I would buy the galaxy note 8 and some accessories. In all honesty though I'm hoping to use that phone to start taking some stock photos, post more easily on steemit, and start making youtube videos again. At the end of the 2-3 lifespan of the phone I hope to have made at least that back for just my efforts here on steemit!

Good plan.
However, I have an old Canon I bought over 5 years ago that still takes great pictures and videos. It even has a feature to upload to a wi-fi network, but that takes longer than just popping out the SD card and putting in my PC. The PC, which is also over 5 years old. Only the software is newer.
