Why would we turn off our cell phones on the plane?

in #news7 years ago

According to a German flight attendant, mobile phone signals do not interfere with the aircraft. Furthermore, it is even claimed that the entire crew has switched on their mobile phone during the flight.

The main reason is that the passengers should be attentive when announcing important information. However, according to one pilot, when all passengers have switched on their mobile phones, interference with the radio signal may occur.

So you'd rather turn it off after all?!?
