If school shooters didn't exist then they would have to create them. The police being incompetent and not arresting this guy does not mean that arresting people who threaten people online is a bad idea. Nor does some people being arrested for apparently lesser threats, mistakes are made, smart people are often not allowed to become cops, that's why we have courts, you said they were arrested and charged but how many of those folks were convicted?
