I think you're missing what Taleb Means - The problem is that globalisation comes through large global corporates that are predatory, and so we want to counter its ill-effects not stop globalisation itself. Advance tech and Blockchain are great things and are to be welcomed.

Automation - great - but when they then think of bringing in a universal basic income for people without jobs - they will probably use it a bribe to get the general populous to be micro chipped as the World Economic Forum hints at.

The Globalisation that concerns me is the 'new world order' type - where a major crises will purposely induced so they can cause a major transformation and force people to accept the elites plan.

And by the way, I think we have more higher/super technologies that are kept secret - so if you think Blockchain and the internet II are great - then you'll love the hyper tech stuff!

Alot of Globalists push policies out such as unvetted Immigration and cashless society. Not good - and so you can see why people like yourself may get confused as to why people are resisting globalisation. When actually, they are resisting the Ill Effects of Globalisation as Taleb Mentioned.
