1. Introduction
I cannot believe this man YouTuber mdg650hawk ("Hawk"). He is supposedly interested in the practice of law, and he recently went above and beyond to show the entire world that he is the definition of stupid. In figurative words, he is one of these morons who believe that the worldwide statutory age of consent should be 35 years old. In his video below, he attempts to mislead his viewing audience to believe that teenage marriage is a form of human trafficking.
Hawk Insists That Megyn Kelly Is Wrong About The Definition Of Pedophilia
Not only does Hawk insult the president of the United States, but he pervert-shames men merely for falling in love and getting married. Marriages between adult men and adolescent girls are common among the Irish Travelers, and they're not perverts. If Hawk hasn't passed the bar exam already, he should never be allowed to take it inasmuch as he will be a terrible lawyer.
2. Hawk's Bogus Definition Of Pedophilia
Because Hawk has an interest in the practice of law, he should know better than not to research the actual definition of pedophilia in the Fifth Edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders ("DSM-5") The American Psychiatric Association ("A. P. A.") published the DSM-5, and it is the Bible for mental-health professionals.
The DSM-5 proves that Megyn Kelly is correct in her assertion that pedophiles are people over the age of 16 that are sexually attracted to prepubescent children rather than to teenagers. I'm glad that Ms. Kelly came out and made this same statement. What part of that does Hawk not understand? His video above demonstrates that he is not qualified to practice law and never will be.
Because of people like Hawk, I absolutely detest Dr. Richard von Krafft-Ebing for ever having conceptualized pedophilia in the first place, because he had to have known that it would lead to problems like these in the future. Moreover, Dr. von Krafft-Ebing was an oddball who should never have gone into the field of psychiatry in the first place.
For all we know, Dr. von Krafft-Ebing could have been someone who chased after naked 5-year-old boys and sodomized them in his residence. Candace Owens certainly made him look like a piece of scourge in her voiced opinion about him on camera.
Only rogue psychiatrists with dollar signs in their eyes would agree with Hawk about his so-called definition of pedophilia. The A. P. A. needs to police psychiatrists more aggressively than they do. If Hawk is a lawyer or ever becomes a lawyer, he is sure to be disbarred from the practice of law further down the line.
Lenore Skenazy and Dr. Judith Levine could teach Hawk a thing or two about the true definition of pedophilia. If either one of these same two women were to debate him on this topic, they would be sure to win the debate before it even started. These two women are likely not Republicans, which Hawk obviously hates.
Hawk has to know the harms and dangers that he causes in his misuse of the terms "pedophile," "pedophilia," and the likes. Every time he does so, he opens himself up to a defamation lawsuit. Moreover, mendacious pedo-shaming is a crime, and Hawk is promoting fake pedophilia in his video above. That is, Hawk is practicing psychiatry without a license.
Should Hawk be prosecuted for practicing psychiatry without a license? I think he should. Except if he is found guilty, instead of sending him to prison, he should be sentenced to participate on camera in the remake of the video below; and I don't mean that he should appear on camera as an armed officer.
A Group Of Convicted Sex Offenders Perform The Sex-Offender Shuffle
In contrary to what Hawk states in his video above, nothing has happened to Ms. Kelly's brain. She merely states the facts as they are rather than in accordance with the biased opinions of the American Court of Public Opinion and self-appointed psychiatrists. That is what journalists are supposed to do. Hawk has no concept of reality in that regard, because he simply is not grounded in reality.
Hawk inundates his viewing audience with an entire litany of bogus conspiracy theories about pedophilia and the likes. He clearly doesn't know what he's talking about in his video above.
Now, I completely get it. Hawk believes that the current statutory-rape laws in the United States are fair and square, and he has a right to his opinion. I disagree with him, but I can respect his opinion. The problem I'm having here is that he has no right to shove his agenda to promote fake pedophilia down the throats of others who may disagree with him.
Even though the late Jeffrey Epstein was a human trafficker, he was never a pedophile. Merely because Ms. Kelly acknowledges this same fact doesn't mean that she is trying to make him out to be a saint.
I am well aware that a psychiatrist, Dr. Ray Blanchard, submitted a proposal to modify the definition of pedophilia to include an attraction to pubescent and adolescent minors as well in the DSM-5 back in 2013. However, the A. P. A. rejected that same proposal for very good reasons.
One of Dr. Blanchard's arguments in support of his proposal was that the Tenth Revision of the International Classification of Diseases ("ICD-10") included pubescent and adolescent minors in the age pole of attraction of pedophiles. However, that same argument of his was weak, because the World Health Organization ("WHO") removed pubescent and adolescent minors from the age pole of attraction of pedophiles in their subsequent revision of that same manual.
At the end of the day, Hawk is one of those dunces who believe that there's no difference between a 7-year-old child and a 14-year-old minor. Fact has it is that there is a world of difference between the two, and he hasn't taken the time to realize it. In contrary to Hawk's misguided perception of the topic, teenage sex is not child molestation.
So what if Ms. Kelly has a 14-year-old daughter? It's not as though she's going to tell her daughter to look for a boyfriend on the sex-offender registry. It's not as though Ms. Kelly is going to get on Kik or Snapchat and search for a 35-year-old suitor to date her daughter. What does Hawk take her for?
No, the late Mr. Epstein raping 14-year-old girls was not pedophilia, because if it were, then we all would have to start accusing underage rapists of being pedophiles for raping girls the same age as them. Duhhhhh! In other words, we'd have to brand Levi Johnston, Jesse Mack Butler, and the late Aubreigh Wyatt's nameless same-age rapist as pedophiles.
The only people who get to change the clinical definition of pedophilia is the A. P. A. Self-proclaimed child advocates don't get to do so. Self-appointed psychiatrists don't get to do so. Not even Chris Hansen gets to do so. Hawk doesn't have the professional expertise or legal authority to do so either, and he needs to realize it.
Hawk claims that 65 or 70 percent of child sex offenders are straight, white, Republican, Christian men. Where does Hawk get this so-called information from? Did he pull it out of his backside? It certainly seems that way. He names no sources for his alleged findings.
Why does Hawk even bring up the subject of straight, white, Republican, Christian men upon making reference to the late Mr. Epstein and his crimes? The late Mr. Epstein was Jewish. Also, I know of no revelation on whether the late Mr. Epstein was a Republican or a Democrat. So what does anything that Hawk says in his video above have anything to do with anything?
Hawk? Stop accusing Republicans of being child predators! The Commonwealth of Virginia recently elected an Attorney General who fantasizes about murdering toddlers. His name is Jay Jones, and he is a Democrat. So chew on that for a while, Hawk!
3. Hawk's Deluded Perspective Of Teenage Marriage
I don't understand why Hawk is so obsessed with teenage marriage that he never seems to stop talking about it in a derogatory manner in his videos. I have to question whether his 15-year-old girlfriend dumped him to marry an older man back when he was 16 years old.
Hawk shifts his focus over to teenage marriage, and he gives it the misnomer of "child marriage." He somehow believes that pervert-shaming adult men who have married 14- and 15-year-old girls is going to make him appear to be more intelligent, when, in reality, he projects himself to be the psychopath that the late Robin Williams played in the movie titled One Hour Photo in the bedroom scene in which this same man terrorized a cheating husband and the other woman with a firing weapon.
Hawk even looks mentally unhinged in the thumbnail of his video above. I can honestly say that he does nothing to impress me in the least. Hawk is an idiot, and his narratives are the ravings of a deluded psychopath.
If Hawk is looking for anyone to pervert-shame, he should pervert-shame deadbeat teenage fathers instead. At least adult men who marry 14- and 15-year-old girls take good care of them and make sure that they never go hungry. At least adult men who fit this same description also take good care of their children.
As far as I'm concerned, deadbeat teenage fathers should be drafted into the military on their eighteenth birthday. If they knew that something like that would be their consequences, they might think twice before getting an underage girl pregnant.
If Hawk wishes to pervert-shame anyone, then he should pervert-shame prison rapists. Prison rape should be a capital offense. Prison rapists should be sitting on death row rather than sitting in front of cameras bragging about all the men they raped in prison as LaMark Moore did not too long ago.
Hawk has no right to equate teenage marriages to human trafficking or child rape. He has no right to claim that cross-generational teenage marriage is somehow legalized pedophilia.
I've known plenty of women who got married at 14 or 15 years old and not necessarily to someone their own age, and all of them had a long, happy life with their husbands. I've never known anyone to tell me that they got raped at 6 years old and liked it and would want to go through it again.
Hawk? If you're reading this article here of mine, I'd like to assure you that nobody is arguing in favor of having sex with children. Not even Ms. Kelly.
The elephant in the room here is that teenage sex is not child molestation or pedophilia. By the same token, teenage marriage is not legalized child molestation or legalized pedophilia. Child sexual abuse has nothing to do with teenage marriage.
It doesn't do justice for anyone to equate Don Johnson to Jesse Timmendequas. If you don't know who Jesse Timmendequas is, he's a notorious child molester who raped and killed a 7-year-old girl named Megan Kanka so many years ago. Mr. Timmendequas is currently serving a life sentence with no eligibility of parole.
If you don't know who Don Johnson is, he's an actor who became romantically involved with actress Melanie Griffith back when he was 22 years old and Ms. Griffith was 13 or 14 years old. They both even moved in together shortly thereafter. Below is a video about their forbidden romance.
Don Johnson And Melanie Griffith Didn't Allow For Society To Keep Them Apart At The Outset Of Their Relationship In Spite Of Their Age Difference
The fact alone that Hawk doesn't differentiate between child marriage and teenage marriage shows you precisely how clueless he is about this same topic.
In contrary to what Hawk says in his video above, I have heard of no efforts of Republicans to lower the statutory age of consent anywhere in the United States. Therefore, Hawk is lying.
If any elected officials are fighting to lower the statutory age of consent in the United States, then they have my full blessing. If the majority of European nations can get along with a statutory age of consent of 14 or 15 years old, then American state jurisdictions can do so too. If anyone reading my article here is furious at me for saying so, then I ask that he or she read the online publication titled The Paradox of Statutory Rape by Russell Christopher and Kathryn Hope Christopher from beginning to end.
Hawk also claims that Republican elected officials are aggressively fighting against laws that ban underage marriage throughout the United States. First of all, allow me to point out that the governor of Texas, Greg Abbott, is a Republican, and he has passed some really tough statutory-rape laws; and he has also changed the marriage laws there so that nobody under 16 years of age can get married under any circumstances and one has to be legally emancipated before they can marry at 16 or 17 years old in Texas.
Second of all, Republican Governor Glenn Youngkin passed a marriage law in the Commonwealth of Virginia to ban underage marriage with no exceptions. Former Republican Governor John Kasich passed a marriage law that tightened up the legal restrictions for minors to get married in Ohio. Unlike before, the marriage floor there is 17 years old. This is not a black-and-white issue as Hawk wishes to believe.
It is true that more Republican elected officials fight against laws that either further restrict underage marriage or ban it altogether in the United States than there are Democratic elected officials that do so. However, they do so, because such changes in the marriage laws cause problems for everyone. For example, prison populations have grown because of it. There are likely more police officers getting shot and killed because of it too, although it pains me to say so.
Whether to restrict marriage laws pertaining to minors or ban underage marriage altogether should not be a decision that is up to elected officials but rather up to the voters themselves. These changes in marriage laws have a severe impact on everyone they touch. Therefore, elected officials should not be shoving their agendas down people's throats regarding underage marriage.
If you look on Facebook, there is a true story about a woman who married the father of her baby when she was 15 years old and he was 21 years of age. Both the young man and the teenage girl had known each other most of their life. The girl's parents obviously didn't want anyone going to jail, so they allowed the marriage to take place.
My cousin married his late wife when he was 31 years old and she was 16 years old, and they were happy together for over four decades right up until her death. The same situation occurred with my great aunt. She got married at 15 years old to a 24-year-old man, and they were very much in love with each other throughout the entire marriage.
Hawk? Did it ever occur to you that perhaps teenage girls and adult men who marry one another do so inasmuch as they are in love with one another? You obviously believe that everyone who doesn't marry their high-school sweetheart at age 19 is a pedophile. Well, that masterplan didn't work out so well for Toby Willis.
Hawk claims that he has never seen an adult woman demand to marry a 14- or 15-year-old boy. He must live a sheltered life, because I've known of a number of scenarios of that nature.
When I was living in Los Angeles, California and The Montel Williams Show first came on the air, a 44-year-old woman appeared on the guest panel with her 14-year-old husband. At the time, The Montel Williams Show was being televised in the Greater Los Angeles Metropolitan Area.
So many years ago a 42-year-old woman married a 14-year-old boy in Alabama. Karen Tolkkinen published an article about it in the Mobile Register.
I don't encourage teenagers to get married before they graduate from high school. In fact, I'm from the school of thought that they should put off marriage until 32 years of age. However, if they want to get married when they are still teenagers, it's their choice and decision. If they're younger than 18 years old, then I have no problem with it as long as their parents are on board with it and they've gone through the proper legal channels.
Hawk's comments about Ms. Kelly in his video above are sexist, chauvinist, and misogynistic. He puts words into her mouth.
In contrary to Hawk's snide remarks about her, Ms. Kelly doesn't even like teenage marriage. She had people on her television show not too long ago who opposed it, and she appeared to agree with them. Below is a video clip of one of those television shows of hers.
Megyn Kelly Interviews Two Women That Wedded At 15 Years Old
Does Ms. Kelly sound as though she condones teenage marriage in the video clip above? She doesn't come across that way to me. Of course, what does Hawk care? He never really researched anything about her background on the topics he highlights in his video above.
Heck. Ms. Kelly appears to be more in agreement with Hawk than she does with me on the topic of teenage marriage. Then again, Hawk doesn't get all his facts straight on who takes what position on any controversial matter. He merely shoots his mouth off and says anything that comes to mind.
4. Hawk's Puritanical Perspective Of "Proper Men"
Near the end of his video, Hawk talks about white, male Trump supporters getting a boner at the thought of an island (Little Saint James Island) being stocked with 14-, 15-, and 16-year-old girls. Oh, wow! Hawk probably likes watching videos like the one below, so he is no different from anyone else.
Teenage Girls Model Flashy Apparel In A Clothing Store Setting
Hawk is not morally superior to any of the people that he insults in his video. He can't even get his facts straight or get the definition of pedophilia right.

5. Final Thoughts
Will I do another article in response to Hawk's puritanical rhetoric? I almost feel inclined not to do so, because his rants all sound the same. Then again, I feel that I have to call him out on his crap whenever he flaps his jaws about something that most people know is not true.
Hawk has Pedophile-Panic Derangement Syndrome, and he absolutely loves to push his fake-pedophilia agenda. He needs to get a life and stop ridiculing people he doesn't even know. He likes to generalize about things, and that isn't good. Part of me is sorry that I ever stumbled across any of his videos on YouTube, because he really gets me angry whenever he starts in on his war against teenage marriage. He seldom knows what he's talking about.
Hawk lives in a make-believe world of age-appropriate perfection and wholesome purity to the exclusion of reality. He wants every American to live in a puritanical black hole as he does. Well, he can forget that, because it's so not happening.
Hawk is 57 years old. Therefore, he is old enough to remember the events behind Tawana Brawley and her false rape accusations against a group of men back when she was 15 years of age. One of the men she falsely accused was a middle-aged police officer. He subsequently committed suicide.
Since the 1980s, the sex laws pertaining to teenage minors have become more and more ridiculous insofar as they have turned our nation's criminal justice system into a playground for predatory prosecutors and oppressive police officers to sabotage the lives of those who don't deserve to wear the scarlet letter of "pedophile," "sex offender, "sexual predator," and the likes.
Do I want the late Jeffrey Epstein's accomplices to be exposed and punished? Of course, I do. Do I think that President Donald J. Trump paid money to have sex with teenage minors on Little Saint James Island? No, I don't.
I'd also appreciate if people like Hawk would stop sensationalizing this entire uproar regarding the Epstein files into something that it is not. It has nothing to do with pedophilia, and it has no connection to teenage marriage.
Trying to enlighten Hawk and convince him that teenage marriage is not legalized child molestation is about as easy as trying to convince Catholic extremist Judie Brown of the American Life League that embryonic stem cell research is not a form of abortion or infanticide. Ms. Brown believes that embryonic stem cells are little people, whereas Hawk believes that teenage girls are defenseless, little toddlers. Now, how crazy is that?
With Hawk and like Ms. Brown, everything is either his way or the highway. The irony of it all is that, like me, Hawk is no fan of religion. Therefore, he's hardly anyone who would applaud any of Ms. Brown's narratives in spite of his similarities to her.
Influencers like Hawk are so unpredictable nowadays that you never know how similar they will be to you in many of their ideologies when you sharply disagree with them on a controversial subject such as teenage marriage. The world has become stranger than fiction.

So many different groups have their own agendas. Liberals, like the Hawk guy, will accuse white, conservative men of being pedos. Conservatives will call liberals or jews pedos or pedo enablers e.g. pedowood/hollyweird. Radical feminists will simply call men/male gaze pedos/pedophillia, regardless of men's race or political affiliation. MRAs will focus on the female teachers with the underage teen male students and call them pedos.
Majority of these people don't know the definition of pedophillia and don't even care if they're told. It's a very specific clinical term and should be kept as such, rather than twisted to fit whatever agenda people have.
This Hawk guy clearly has a thing against conservative (Christian) men, regularly calling them creeps/perverts/pedos, etc, as evidenced through his videos. Makes me wonder... Is he hiding something? Perhaps his true feelings? As often seen with these types of people, they're projecting.
So very true. The use of the terms "pedophile" and "pedophilia" have been overly politicized insofar as these terms have become defamatory in nature.
