"How many shows did Oprah do over all those years exposing sexual predation in Hollywood? Hmm, let me count... NONE."
--Dinesh D'Souza
Noted entertainment icon Oprah Winfrey has been widely lauded by the leftist media for her "inspirational speech," recently delivered to the heart of the Hollywood Cesspool, The Golden Globes. Here's a taste of her comments, which the women who outed Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein as a serial sexual predator were not permitted to digest in person; they were not invited:
And there's someone else, Recy Taylor, a name I know and I think you should know, too. In 1944, Recy Taylor was a young wife and mother walking home from a church service she'd attended in Abbeville, Alabama, when she was abducted by six armed white men, raped, and left blindfolded by the side of the road coming home from church. They threatened to kill her if she ever told anyone, but her story was reported to the NAACP where a young worker by the name of Rosa Parks became the lead investigator on her case and together they sought justice. But justice wasn't an option in the era of Jim Crow. The men who tried to destroy her were never persecuted. Recy Taylor died ten days ago, just shy of her 98th birthday. She lived as we all have lived, too many years in a culture broken by brutally powerful men. For too long, women have not been heard or believed if they dare speak the truth to the power of those men. But their time is up. Their time is up.
Their time is up. And I just hope—I just hope that Recy Taylor died knowing that her truth, like the truth of so many other women who were tormented in those years, and even now tormented, goes marching on. It was somewhere in Rosa Parks' heart almost 11 years later, when she made the decision to stay seated on that bus in Montgomery, and it's here with every woman who chooses to say, "Me too." And every man—every man who chooses to listen.
"Me, too" Oprah, alas, has a few nagging problems with hypocrisy, not the least of which is her absolute silence on Harvey Weinstein's widely known accusations of sexual harassment, sexual assault and outright rape. Harvey, after all, is one of Oprah's BFFs - then, sadly, is her silence about President Bill Clinton's shameful record of sexual assaults and alleged rape.
Oprah has also never spoken out against fellow Hollywood icon Kevin Spacey, let alone condemned his history of sexual predation and homosexual assault.
Oprah also remained silent with respect to allegations of sexual assault against Dustin Hoffman, yet another liberal Hollywood predator.
In the midst of Oprah's outstanding success as an entertainer and entrepreneur, she has found time to lable anyone who opposed or criticized Barack Obama as a racist. Where, oh where, have we heard that one before?

"Where was the Hollywood Press Association that was receiving such plaudits at the hands of Oprah Winfrey, again, a woman who was good friends with Harvey Weinstein, being cheered by Meryl Streep, a woman who gave a standing ovation to Roman Polanski?"
They are responsible for taking down perhaps one of the most powerful men in the entertainment industry, and without them, the #MeToo movement might have completely fizzled like so many modern feminist social media efforts. But Rose McGowan and Asia Argento say that they haven't been asked to join the super-woke Hollywood women's movement to end sexual harassment and violence.
Oprah Winfrey was the recipient of the Golden Globes' annual Cecil B. DeMille award for lifetime achievement, and gave a powerful acceptance speech during Sunday night's ceremony.
On Monday’s Mark Levin show, Oprah’s speech at the Golden Globes was an outrageous diversion and a humiliating embarrassment. She didn't call out anyone by name, she didn't point a finger at the audience and admonish the actors, nothing about the culture of sexual debauchery and molestation in the entertainment industry. No wonder Hollywood cheered. Why didn’t they have a rolling screen of the names of men in Hollywood who have sexually harassed women?
Oprah Winfrey voiced that she had hope after seeing President Elect Donald Trump meet with President Obama, and she got slammed over it.
“That there is a ‘Me Too’ movement specific to the red carpet is interesting, because there are so many women –notably Meryl Streep and others- who are at the very top of the Hollywood power structure, who decided they would be quite quiet all along,” Sexton said.

I'd feel remorse if I failed to leave you with a positive thought:
Imagine how entertaining the Democratic Party's primary is going to be with Oprah Winfrey, Elizabeth Warren and Kirston Gillbrand all bashing each other throughout the tedious process :-)
Last, but certainly not least: Oprah Winfrey endorsed Hillary Clinton - the woman who famously trashed her husband's outspoken victims, not the least of whom was Juanita Broderick...
OMG I hope this run for president BS runs out before it can pick up any momentum. What a slap in the face if she were to actually run. I lost all respect (if I really had any for her in the first place) when she blatantly turned her back and never spoke out at all after she visited the stadium after Katrina. Not one word on the military style encampment of 1,000's of people basically being held at gunpoint after the disaster. She is obviously bought and paid for!
