Hallo Steemian....
Wow Scientists Discover the Planet Outside the Milky Way Galaxy, It's The First Time In History
Using the NASA space telescope, Kepler's mission continues to search the planet outside our solar system (eksoplanet).
The spacecraft on Kepler or K2 missions has found thousands of exoplanet candidates since it was launched nearly a decade ago.
Scientists estimate some of them may have life as it is on earth.
"We started analyzing 275 candidates, of which 149 were true exoplanets, and then we found another 95 planets proved to be new exoplanets," said Andrew Mayo, lead author of the study, released by The Independent on Friday (2/16/2018)
An exoplanet candidate is measured through the shadows generated as it crosses its star.
