Same problem with big pharma and there lobbyist, also the same issue with the black market in cannabis. If the lobbyist were banned, most of the USSA's problems would fade away instantly, just look at how many people are incarcerated for a plant.

Here in Spain there isn't lobbies regulation and the European Union have warned our government because of that, and I agree they should be banned.
About big pharma, the FDA should have more power and the company that developes a new drug should not be able to design and make the studies required for his approval. On the other hand, in spite of all his flaws allopathy is much more safe and effective than any alternative treatments.
Not too sure about that, allopathy solves all of its problems with drugs and/or surgery. Surgery can defiantly be a very useful tool, but drugs don't solve problems, they just mask the effects of he problem.
Look at the cancer industry for instance, chemo and radiation is the answer according to allopathy, neither of which gets rid of the stem cell that causes the problem. A homeopathic approach looks to destroy the root of the problem, therefor the immune system can eliminate the stem cells and the person recover completely, with a much better chance of the cancer not returning, and with no side effects.
Radiotherapy and chemotherapy kill cancer cells. A
homeopathic approach is just expensive water or sugar that provides some placebo effect. And the side effect is that people leave effective treatments and die.
Wow, look into the Hoxsley Clinic, the Gerson Therapy, Dr. Mercola, or better yet check out Ty Bollinger. Big Pharma doesn't want any of that knowledge known, which is probably why you don't know about any of it.
Thanks for the sources. Maybe I will take a look later, but I do know enough about chemistry to say that homeopathy principles are incompatible with most of the scientific evidence we have about human health and properties of water. Science could be wrong? Of course it could , but with current data the chances that homeopathy is wrong are way much higher.
Homeopathy has advanced nothing since it was invented in XVIII century. At that time existance of virus, bacteria and many other aspects related with human health were unknown. Big pharma did not exist at that time , and nobody was able to prove effectiveness better than placebo effect since then.
So are you of the opinion that cannabis has no health effects?
Cannabis has important health effects and I agree medical use should be allowed in case scientific evidence proves it is effective and do not cause serious side effects. Current data shows it has potential but more research is needed. Big pharma is not interested in researching it because unlike synthetic drugs it cannot be patented. In my opinion public funded studies should be done to check effectiveness and safety of using cannabis for different treatments.
